The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for a defined set of customer/s and will be accountable for driving adoption, engagement and compliance of the 4insite platform and data set. You will engage deeply with our operations and customers to understand their workflow, pain points and how they can drive business value while leveraging 4insite.
