  • Overview

    The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for a defined set of customer/s and will be accountable for driving adoption, engagement and compliance of the 4insite platform and data set. You will engage deeply with our operations and customers to understand their workflow, pain points and how they can drive business value while leveraging 4insite.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides world class solutions-oriented support while serving as the single point of contact for projects, escalations and releases
    • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner
    • Builds relationships to become a trusted advisor
    • Cultivate broader usage of the 4insite app for all programs
    • Oversees adoption of products and services, and promotes best practices
    • Introduce new features and train individuals as required
    • Ensure proper usage and compliance
    • Prepares standard statistical reports, such as usage, trends, bugs, etc
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education and/ or Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    • May be required to have a valid driver’s license

    Shift: Full time

    Compensation: Depends on experience
