  • Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and strategic COO that has the heart of a of an entrepreneur, the brain of an operator, and a proven track record in execution to join our senior leadership team. As COO you will help drive strategy fundamentally influencing the direction of the company and oversee the exceptional execution of all operations to ensure we are in position to exceed or meet our top 5 goals. You will also provide strategic leadership in the understanding of the company, commitment to growth and develop strong sr. management that provides exceptional customer service to all our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales of new business
    • Expansion of existing business
    • Remove Obstacles that prohibit growth
    • Provide a clear understanding & model of company goals and objectives
    • Directs the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives. Provides direction and ownership as to low overhead, improved profitability and overall budget efficiency.
    • Oversees management who direct division activities that implement the organization's policies while supporting the directives of the company
    • Serves as conduit between senior leadership directives and field management execution
      Provides leadership in overall operations employee satisfaction, specifically in the recruitment and retention of management leaders in the industry and offer them the tools, knowledge and company understanding to be successful.
    • Creates the structure and operations organization to manage the company’s business activities and its projected growth that allows the visibility to talent, an opportunity for advancement and an environment of retention.
    • Maintains a sound plan of corporate organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession.
    • Develops and installs procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization that is consistent with the culture and directive of the sr. leadership.
    • Establishes operating policies consistent with the Chief Executive Officer's broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution.
    • Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the Chief Executive Officer.

    Qualifications

    Education and/ or Experience Master’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
