SBM Management is lookin for a Work Place Concierge Coordinator, Soft Services to join their team! This position Supports the Client Experience team by acting as the initial point of contact for any incoming or pending Client needs. Actively receive the Client inquiry, create support tickets, route any requests to the appropriate Client Experience Manager, and then will track the tickets to ensure their timely completion. Will possess a fundamental understanding of typical Client Requests as well as Alliance enterprise software packages (Zendesk, Basecamp, SharePoint, etc.). Interface with Clients as well as various levels of the Client Experience, Category Management, Account Executives, and the Administrative Services team.

Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
