  • Overview

    SBM Management is searching for a Regional Manager! The Regional Manager directs the company program and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between company and Customer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.


    • Manages costs and revenues to meet company top and bottom line financial goals including:
    • Expanding business, negotiating increases with Customers, reduction of operating costs, and or changes in schedules or processes.
    • Coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability that meet both the Customer’s contractual expectations but to exceed their service expectations resulting in the creation of complete Customer satisfaction.
    • Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
    • Manages and retains a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation, understands and is trained for their position and has a clear line of sight to the goals and expectations of the company and recognized the impact their contributions to the Company.
    • Travel is required for this position.
    • Manages 20 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 700 employees in the Custodian, Recycle, Cleanroom and General Service.
    • Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
    • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

    • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. 

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

    • Must have experience in managing large accounts in FM, Janitorial and Soft Services 

    Available Shift:  Full Time 


    Compensation:  The salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience
