  • Overview

    SBM Management is looking to hire a Quality Process Writer to join their team!  The Quality Process Writer will work directly with the Quality Director.  The Quality Process Writer will be trained on Quality documentation techniques, tools and any other improvement methods necessary. This role will be required to collaborate within all levels of SBM to ensure documents and procedures are accurate and updated on a continual basis. 


    • Observe process(s) and corresponding departmental activities to effectively document accurate operating procedures, including critical details important for the successful application of that procedure.
    • Follow prescribed processes to ensure all documents are reviewed by Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders.
    • Ability to organize information and complete documentation according to standards regarding clarity, style and terminology.
    • Create process flows, pictures and screen shots, along with other pictorial tools, that will assist in understanding of the documents by SBM employees.
    • Proofread, edit and format all documents for accuracy and consistency.
    • Review current documents and recommend changes in scope, format, and content, along with recognizing opportunities where new documentation is needed.
    • Work with the Quality Director and other team members to establish time lines for assigned tasks and demonstrate a consistent ability to deliver documents that are accurate and timely.
    • This position will require travel and the ability to work independently.


    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; 2-4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • May required to have a valid driver’s license.
    • Ability to be foster a collaborative work environment and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, without any preconceived biases.
    • Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple documentation projects at one time.
    • Willing to be mentored, to learn, contribute ideas, and question current processes.
    • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues with other departments in a professional manner.
    • Proficiency in MS suite of applications

    Available Shift:  Full Time 


    Compensation:  Depends on experience
