SBM Management is searching for a Corporate Payroll Manager! The Payroll Manager manages and coordinates activities of departments in order to pay employees, as well as compile payroll information by managing payroll preparation; data integrity, data reports and compliant data maintenance.
Directly supervises the payroll processors in the payroll department.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Human Resource systems; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
A working knowledge of JDE is desirable.
Working knowledge of multi state FLSA and compensation laws and guidelines
Available Shift: Monday - Friday, Full Time
Compensation: Depends on experience
