Overview

SBM Management is currently looking to hire an Insite Portfolio Manager to join their team!  This position is accountable to ensure that all of the sites within their portfolio are fully compliant with utilizing Insite.  Regardless of the size of the site this person will need to work with the operations team and identified contacts to assure the compliant utilization and management of the InSite Product.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the National Account Manager to setup the system for all of the sites within the client
    • Establish KPIs for the relationship
    • Establish a portfolio wide Scorecard
    • Set Goal Lines for each critical metric
    • Make sure that the sites have correct audit profiles setup
    • Develop and establish audit scoring criteria if there is not currently one
    • Develop and implement audit schedule if there is not currently one
  • Train the users within your client on the product
    • How to use the system?
    • Identify the purpose, process, and expectation for each page?
  • Hold each manager within the portfolio responsible to follow the process and meeting the expectations
    • Insite Portfolio manager will need to run compliance reports on their portfolio at least twice a month.
    • Communicate their findings with the portfolio, to both the National Account Director, and the Insite Utilization Manger
    • Ensure any missing expectations are timely identified and corrected
    • If the same people continue to miss the expectations.  The Insite Portfolio Manager should work with the National Account Manager to take disciplinary action
  • Ensure that the tool is being used with Customers
    • Weekly Reports are sent using Insite information
    • Updates Pages are emailed to the client
    • QBRs are conducted from the tool with the customer
  • Tool should also be utilized with all of the employees on each site
    • Team update meetings should take place monthly where the tool is review
    • Employee Surveys should be conducted quarterly
  • Weekly meetings with the portfolio to review results

Qualifications

  • Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing software.
  • Project Management skills are necessary to inform IT, vendors, and customers of actions required in order to complete tasks on time.
