SBM Management is hiring a Bilingual Office Manager! We are looking for an exceptional individual who is motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service each and every day while ensuring a positive experience for each caller and visitor.



  • Read and route incoming mail
  • Take dictation in shorthand or by machine, transcribe notes and voice recording on typewriter or computer
  • Compose and type routine correspondence
  • Organize and maintain filing system
  • Answer and screen manager's telephone calls; arrange conference calls
  • Coordinate manager's schedule and make appointments
  • Greet scheduled visitors and direct to appropriate area or person
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
  • Conduct research, compile and type statistical reports
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings; prepare agendas; reserve and prepare facilities; record and transcribe minutes of meetings
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
  • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
  • Order and maintain supplies; arrange for equipment maintenance


  • 3 years of experience in office management or equivalent experience as an administrative professional
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferable
  • Travel is required to support transitions and recruiting needs

Available Shift:  Full time, 9:00am - 5:00pm 


Compensation:  The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year
