SBM Management is searching for a Divisional Operations Director! The Divisional Operations Director directs company program and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between company and Customer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.


  • Manages costs and revenues to meet company top and bottom line financial goals including:
  • Expanding business within Strategic Accounts / Clients, negotiating increases with Customers, reduction of operating costs, and or changes in schedules or processes.
  • Directing operations necessary, both directly and through subordinate managers, to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability that meet both the Customer’s contractual expectations but to exceed their service expectations resulting in the creation of complete Customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
  • Division - Budget compliance for identified Accounts
  • Manages and retains a (individually or through subordinate staff) qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation, understands and is trained for their position and has a clear line of sight to the goals and expectations of the company and recognized the impact their contributions to the Company.
  • Provides managerial authority over Regional Operations Director(s)
  • Participates in the development and implementation of company goals and strategic vision.
  • Travel is required for this position.
  • Manages subordinates who supervise employees at geographical account locations.

  • Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these accounts.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have experience managing multiple states 
  • Must have a facilities background
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Available Shift:  Full Time


Compensation:  The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year
